I would like to get a quote for furniture rental, what shall I do?
The process is online to get the quote: browse our different products, choose your furniture and fill in the information. You will get a quote in 48 hours.
I’ve found an accomodation and I would like to rent furniture for a few weeks until my move arrives, is it possible ?
Yes it is. Our minimum contract length for renting is 1 month. It is easier and cheaper than booking a hotel room for 30 days…
I would like a style different from the ones presented on the site, is it possible ?
Of course, it is. For long-term contracts (more than 12 months) we have the possibility to present tailor-made offers. For example, you would like a garden table or a different TV, tell us what you’d like and we will adapt.
To which rental duration do the costs mentioned on the site correspond ?
All our costs « starting from » corresponds to the monthly cost of a 24-month contract. If the contract duration is shorter, the monthly cost will changed accordingly.
Can my company pay for the furniture rental ?
Yes of course, we often have the case with our clients. You only have to give us your HR Manager’s contact, do your furniture selection online and we will do the rest.
How are the monthly costs calculated ?
For short-term rental periods (less than 6 months), the monthly cost diminishes from one month to the other. For long-term rental periods, the monthly cost is the same every month and is calculated according to the rental length.
What does the cost cover ?
The quote that you will receive includes the furniture rental for the period mentioned, the delivery, installation and pick-up services once the contract is over.
Are the installation/ pick-up costs included in the quote ?
These costs are clearly mentioned on the quote. The amount is fixed whatever the rental duration period. It only varies according to the delivery location.
How long does it take to have my furniture delivered ?
Once the payment is done, you will receive them a week later provided they are available.
Do you sell some pieces of furniture ?

Is there a minimum number of products that needs to be rented ?
Not necessarily. You can rent just a chair if you wish. But the installation/ pick-up costs will be the same.
Is the furniture already insured or do I need to take an insurance?
Once the furniture is installed they must be covered by your home insurance in case of damages. This is a pre-requisite before you can receive the furniture. We can provide you with the value to insure if necessary.
How does it work if I need to stop the contract before its end ?
For the short-term duration rental, you don’t have any minimum commitment. After one month you can stop the contract any time (each month that has begun requires to be paid in full). For long-term duration rental, as the monthly cost is according to a certain commitment duration, it will have to be recalculated according to the contract’s new end date.
